Job Responsibility

• Participate in requirements analysis
• Work with your manager to meet challenging goals
• Deliver a consistently high-quality code as per the specification
• Building clean, optimized and easily maintainable code
• Recommend, schedule, and perform software improvements and upgrades
• Tracking issues, finding and resolving the root cause
• Support test and deployment of new products and features
• Meeting your daily and weekly goals
• Keep up to date with the latest software engineering trends
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned related to software project
• Work with teammates to resolve issues and ensure understanding of problems before you undertake them
• Work independently and with the QA team to ensure high-quality code production
• Provide support, as needed, to business users of the software
• Help track down and isolate bugs and suggest improvements to the software
• Assist in the collection and definition of tasks and user
• Accept feedback and adjust code habits, and standards

Candidacy Requirements

• Experience in software development .NET (C#) at least 4-5 years
• History of successfully working with a distributed team is a plus
• Experience with a git-flow development process and a good understanding of git as a source control tool
• Experience with a JIRA-based workflow and web services, REST
• Experience with MSSQL and basic database querying
• Flexible to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
