Job Responsibility

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather design requirements and develop solutions.
• Assist in the research, design and prototyping of user interfaces and experience.
• Illustrate design ideas using user flows, process flows, and diagrams.
• Create functional prototypes that clearly illustrate how users would complete the journey without any hiccups.
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images.
• Testing new design ideas before implementing them.
• Participate in usability testing and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
• Contribute to the creation of design documentation and create/maintain style guides.

Candidacy Requirements

• Portfolio of design projects.
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
• Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Good time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
