The Training & Development Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the training and development programs within the organization. This role involves managing a team of training professionals, designing and implementing effective training strategies, and ensuring that all training initiatives align with organizational goals. The T&D Team Lead will collaborate with various departments to identify training needs, create training materials, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.

Job Responsibility

  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead and mentor a team of training and development professionals.
  • Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and support professional development for team members.
  • Foster a positive and productive team environment.
  • Training Program Management:
  • Develop and implement training strategies and programs that align with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and gaps.
  • Design, create, and update training materials, including manuals, e-learning modules, and presentation content.
  • Training Delivery:
  • Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees at all levels.
  • Utilize a variety of training methods, including in-person, virtual, and blended learning approaches.
  • Ensure training content is engaging, relevant, and effective.
  • Program Evaluation:
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
  • Analyze training outcomes and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Prepare and present reports on training program performance to senior management.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Work closely with managers and other stakeholders to ensure training initiatives meet organizational needs.
  • Address and resolve any training-related issues or concerns.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in training and development.

Candidacy Requirements

  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field or Advanced degree or certifications in training and development are a plus.
  • Proven experience in a training and development role, with at least 3 years of experience in a leadership or management position.
  • Strong knowledge of training methodologies, instructional design, and learning technologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to analyze training needs and design effective solutions.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training tools.
  • Working Conditions:
  • Full-time position
  • Some evening or weekend work may be needed depending on training schedules.
  • Will report to the Karachi Office
  • 11:00am - 8:00pm EST or 1:00pm - 10pm EST shifts; this position will require Weekends
