Job Responsibility
- Efficiency in Operations: Streamline processes and reduce administrative tasks to ensure the sales team operates smoothly and allows them to focus on selling.
- Performance Analytics: Analyze data to provide insights into sales performance and identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Assist with data collection for 1:1s and Revenue Ops meetings.
- Forecasting: Analyze historical data and market trends to aid in accurate sales Sales Strategy Support: Collaborate closely with the Sales Director to develop and implement effective sales strategies based on data and market analysis, including targeting Mass Tort Law Firms.
- Territory Management: Assist in defining and managing sales territories to optimize coverage and increase market penetration.
- Training & Development: Identify skill gaps, develop training programs, listen to calls, score, and provide feedback to enhance the sales team's capabilities.
- Incentive Programs: Design and manage incentive programs to motivate the sales team and align their goals with organizational objectives. Track quarterly sales goals and suggest contests.
- Sales Tools Implementation: Evaluate and implement sales tools and technologies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Automation: Automate routine tasks to free up the sales team for high-value activities like building relationships and closing deals.
- Customer Insights: Analyze customer data to provide insights into customer behavior and preferences, helping to tailor sales approaches.
- Feedback Loop: Establish feedback loops to continuously improve the sales process based on customer feedback.
- Interdepartmental Coordination: Facilitate collaboration between sales and other departments, such as support, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and synergy.
- Communication Channels: Set up efficient communication channels within the sales team to ensure everyone is on the same page and working towards common goals.
Candidacy Requirements
- Proven experience in a Sales Operations role.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Proficient in sales tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Experience in training and development of sales teams.
- Ability to design and manage incentive programs.
Additional Responsibilities: Track leads from inbound and CEM team, Keep the sales playbook current and fresh, Manage the lead day email and deals MTD sheet, Collect data for 1:1 meetings, Monitor the 10-10-10 list, Drive interest in case studies and hand off to marketing, Keep sales collateral up-to-date and communicate needs to the marketing team, Target clients on the partner side and identify marketing agencies that fit the ICP, Update battle cards, drive webinar planning and topics etc.
